BI Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact executive-level dashboarding projects and analytics solutions.
• Define and manage project and resource plans, ensuring milestones are met through disciplined scope management.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical squads and senior business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Lead requirement-gathering phases using a design-first approach, coordinating with UI/UX teams for prototype validation.
• Oversee the full BI lifecycle, from data ingestion and cloud modeling to final visualization deployment.
• Guarantee solution quality through rigorous testing phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and scope risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the Business Intelligence field.
• Proven track record of leading project teams through complex, large-scale implementations.
• Experience working with government entities or large-scale public organizations.
• Strong understanding of Modern Data Stack architectures, including Cloud Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
• Extensive expertise in leading BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences and discuss KPIs across domains like Finance and HR.
