BI Key Accounts Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation, calculation, and consistency of key performance metrics for strategic clients.
• Provide support and insights to Key Account Managers (KAMs) to enable better commercial management.
• Analyze and diagnose client performance by integrating commercial, operational, and execution variables.
• Monitor the consolidated performance of the modern channel and its primary variables.
• Identify and track commercial initiatives implemented within strategic accounts.
• Generate and document inputs to strengthen negotiations with key clients.
• Develop and manage dashboards and tools that support modern channel management.
• Communicate performance information in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience in information analysis, diagnostic generation, and the use of analytical tools.
• Experience working with the Modern Channel.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Nielsen data.
• Knowledge of Modern Channel KPIs and commercial strategy.
• Understanding of data governance and database management.
