BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Python to support R&D decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers and IT teams, to gather requirements and define project scope
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, KPIs, risks, and opportunities through high-quality visualizations
• Partner with data engineers to improve data pipelines, quality, and models used for analytical products
• Implement DevOps practices by leveraging CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation to ensure solution reproducibility
• Iterate on products based on user feedback to improve usability and impact

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a BI developer, preferably in a complex IT or R&D environment
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with data processing libraries
• Hands-on experience with Python visualization packages such as Shiny and Plotly
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), and version control
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
