BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions, including integrating data sources and standardizing KPIs
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for BI solutions
• Implement a governed self-service BI capability
• Enforce BI standards for ETL/ELT and data visualization
• Build and enforce data quality rules and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
• Provide end user training and promote BI tool adoption
• Monitor data loads, optimize dashboard performance, and manage licenses

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelling
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle in the BI space
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with large, complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern data stacks like Snowflake, dbt, or Dagster
• Experience in Subscriptions and Events businesses
