BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and regulatory use
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, including OFSAA and enterprise databases
• Utilize Power Query, DAX, and SQL to transform data and develop efficient semantic layers
• Support finance, risk, and compliance functions by developing reports based on OFSAA modules
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure compliance with data governance standards
• Optimize report performance, query efficiency, and data refresh schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service)
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency with Power Query and DAX
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
• Experience working with financial services or banking data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
• Understanding of banking risk, compliance, or regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and ETL processes
• Experience with Azure Data Services or cloud-based BI solutions
• Arabic language proficiency
