BI Developer and Data Analyst 1

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, validation, and ad-hoc queries to support enterprise business intelligence needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, views, and BI query objects using organizational tools.
• Collaborate with IT data modelers and end users to design data models, datasets, and data definitions.
• Test reports to ensure they meet client requirements and prepare them for deployment across multiple environments.
• Manage daily tickets and administration of reporting and analytics solutions, including software maintenance and system security.
• Document technical and functional changes and maintain current documentation for all BI artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience with data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational design.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with programming for data-driven tasks such as extraction, cleaning, and manipulation.
• Awareness of dimensional modelling, Star Schemas, and Data Marts.
