About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and support Business Intelligence and Data Front-End Services projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of BI solutions.
- Use SQL, Python, or ETL platforms to extract data from internal and external sources to produce automated reports and dashboards.
- Perform data validation and cleansing processes to enforce data quality standards and ensure integrity across all reports.
- Build interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define requirements, and design report structures.
- Recommend improvements to existing data systems and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Present complex data findings in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and update reports as data systems evolve or business rules change.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, IT operations, or related roles in complex business environments.
- 3+ years of experience in process modeling, KPI management, and documentation of procedures.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in IT Service Management, IT Governance, ITIL, SCRUM, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with C# or SAS.
- Microsoft Certification in SQL.
