BI Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the production of the CEO daily KPI pack, ensuring publication before 09:00 CET.
• Build and maintain the C-Suite weekly scorecard and coordinate commentary sign-off from departmental heads.
• Develop and maintain departmental dashboards for Marketing, Finance, Trading, CSR, and Compliance.
• Author and maintain Power BI semantic models on the Microsoft Fabric Gold warehouse using DAX.
• Configure and audit Row-Level Security (RLS) on all datasets containing client-identifiable data.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production Power BI reports, including semantic models, DAX, RLS, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for ad-hoc analysis and authoring the semantic layer.
• Proven experience publishing recurring executive reporting packs under strict SLAs.
• Ability to own KPIs end-to-end, from business definition to executive consumption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to scope requirements and provide constructive pushback.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated industry such as CFD/FX brokerage, banking, or asset management.
• Familiarity with CySEC, MiFID II, or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric semantic-model authoring (Direct Lake, Import, or DirectQuery).
• Experience with Power BI Embedded or similar external-reporting products.
