BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into data insights
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase, iterating based on user feedback
• Write complex SQL queries to extract accurate data from databases
• Define and track key performance metrics including approval rates, chargeback ratios, and processor performance
• Support internal teams and customers with data requests to troubleshoot transaction failures and identify trends

Requirements

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions)
• Hands-on experience building and managing visualizations in BI platforms (Metabase experience is a plus)
• Experience working with modern ELT workflows and platforms
• Familiarity with the payments industry, particularly in high-volume or high-risk environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Observability & Monitoring platforms like Datadog or Coralogix is an advantage
