BHT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of programming excellence through assigned Behavioral Health Technicians
• Assist in the delivery of patient care in the milieu environment
• Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the work activities of assigned personnel
• Assist in planning and establishing work schedules and assignments
• Assist in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans
• Supervise the patient experience by providing supervision, support, and facilitating psycho-educational groups
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment through behavioral intervention and meal-time support
• Implement organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience leading teams or supervising others
