BHR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with the BHR team to deliver integrated business HR solutions and support performance management activities, including talent reviews and goal setting.
• Serve as a system expert for HR tools such as Workday, RPT, and talent management platforms to assist business partners.
• Coordinate and co-lead BHR webinars to support corporate staff with HR processes.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires and contractors, and ensure data accuracy during reorganizations.
• Provide operational support for reductions in force, including logistics, reporting, and analysis.
• Clean, combine, and prepare data for team analysis, reports, and presentations.
• Manage transition pay plans and interface with vendors regarding contracts and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong database management skills.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
