Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, and work schedules for beverage personnel.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and wine lists.
• Manage beverage inventory, cost control, and annual budget performance, including P&L analyses.
• Collaborate with the special events and banquets teams to design and direct beverage service for special events.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, sanitation, cleanliness, and strict adherence to liquor regulations.
• Monitor key operational processes including quality/recipe control and steps of service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing bars and high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale inventories for major establishments.
• Proven track record of fostering strong relationships with employees, guests, and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Deep understanding of current industry trends and innovations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large-scale luxury resorts.
• Local market experience within the United Arab Emirates.
