Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and par level establishment for liquor, beer, wine, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director of Beverage to implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, and menus.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all beverage selections, including brands, characteristics, glassware, and preparation methods.
• Oversee staffing levels, recruitment strategies, and the execution of key operational processes such as quality and recipe control.
• Support the design and direction of special event beverage services in coordination with the banquets team.
• Monitor financial performance through P&L analyses and manage the annual beverage budget.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with liquor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing bars and high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee large-scale inventories for major establishments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of current industry trends and innovations.
• Proven track record of fostering strong relationships with employees, guests, and management.
• Results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large-scale luxury resorts.
• Local market experience within the UAE or similar regions.
