Responsibilities

• Own and develop the total beverage business, including assortment strategy for wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options
• Ensure profitability through calculation, pricing, and key performance indicator tracking
• Manage purchasing, supplier relations, and negotiations
• Develop beverage menus, seasonal concepts, and signature cocktails for all outlets
• Lead training and coaching for staff regarding product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain high quality in beverage presentation, routines, and equipment standards
• Participate in daily operations, including regular shifts and every other weekend
• Contribute to the strategic development of the F&B offering as part of the Department Manager group (AC-group)

Requirements

• Several years of high-level experience in beverage service within hotels, restaurants, or bars
• Documented knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails
• Sommelier training or equivalent documented expertise is preferred
• Business-driven mindset with understanding of profitability and inventory management
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational presence
• Proactive, self-driven, and creative approach to trends and innovation
