Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of beverage operations, ensuring quality service and consistent product delivery across all outlets
• Lead, mentor, and train the beverage team, including supervisors, bartenders, and baristas
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership to develop innovative beverage menus and signature cocktail offerings
• Manage beverage inventory, including stock rotation, auditing, and timely ordering to minimize waste
• Implement cost control strategies and monitor sales trends to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Develop staff schedules and manage the department budget in alignment with financial goals
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to execute beverage-focused promotions and special events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within beverage management, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant hospitality software
• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
• In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and premium offerings
