About the role
Responsibilities
- Process betting transactions including cash, credit, and debit
- Manage and balance cash handling and betting transactions at the start and end of shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve transaction-related issues
- Maintain knowledge of current betting odds, lines, and rules
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities to management
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of experience in cash handling or customer service
- Familiarity with sports betting and wagering systems
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
