Responsibilities

• Ensure demand-driven and timely production while adhering to safety, environmental, quality, and economic requirements
• Implement countermeasures in response to target/actual deviations
• Coordinate investment, repair, and maintenance measures
• Manage projects focused on efficiency increases and process optimization
• Oversee the introduction of new products at production scale
• Coordinate operational quality assurance and prepare for audits
• Create and update operational documentation
• Participate in safety analyses and prepare safety reports and concession documents
• Provide technical leadership to employees within the production operation

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Sound knowledge of chemistry and chemical process engineering
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English
• Strong IT skills
• Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, or EFfCI) is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus
• Ability to work in a structured, methodical, and independent manner
