Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and design group activities
• Handle electronic documentation of activities
• Provide individual care for residents
• Plan and lead excursions
• Assist in structuring the daily routine of residents

Requirements

• Training in pedagogical, occupational therapy, or geriatric therapy fields
• Experience as a social assistant, educator, or geriatric nursing assistant
• Joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility
