BestDrive Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive profitability and grow the business
• Manage all location staff functions to provide exceptional customer service
• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in the local area and maintain existing accounts
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees while monitoring job results
• Protect company assets, including inventory, accounts receivable, and equipment
• Manage safety, health, and environmental processes to ensure a safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in the tire industry
• 2-5 years of experience in people management or project leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting 75-100 lbs routinely

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree
• 7+ years of experience in the tire industry
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading people
• 3+ years in retail tire sales
• TIA Certification
• Knowledge of retread tires
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
