Responsibilities

• Co-design school processes in cooperation with the school team and the management of the ARTEMED AKADEMIE
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate creative and varied theoretical and practical lessons
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on learning objective controls and examinations
• Conduct practical training sessions and excursions
• Participate in working groups for quality assurance and school development
• Support apprentice marketing, recruitment, and public relations as requested
• Ensure close integration between theoretical and practical training

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric nursing)
• Completed pedagogical degree (B.A.) in nursing or vocational pedagogy
• Willingness to pursue a Master's degree
• Or a completed Master's degree in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy in healthcare, or a comparable academic qualification
• Desirable initial pedagogical professional experience and teaching experience in a state-recognized nursing school
• Passion for training young people in nursing professions
• Interest in modern, practice-oriented, and digitally supported nursing pedagogy
