Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two logistics teams, actively fostering talent and strengthening team culture
• Maintain a direct presence on the floor to provide coaching, guidance, and hands-on leadership
• Ensure operational excellence by managing safety, quality, and productivity in daily operations
• Plan and coordinate personnel and resource allocation to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Monitor relevant KPIs and provide performance reporting for your area
• Drive continuous process improvement by contributing ideas and actively shaping workflows
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and responsive supply chain

Requirements

• Completed degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Proven leadership experience in food production, warehouse logistics, or distribution
• Deep understanding of production and warehouse processes
• Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, GSheets, Grafana, Tableau)
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a dynamic production environment
• Fluency in both German and English
• A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on results and operational presence
