About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and continuously improve employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives for Allstate India.
  • Own end-to-end administration of benefits including Group Health Insurance (GHI), Group Term Life (GTL), and Group Personal Accident (GPA).
  • Lead annual benefits renewals, including vendor negotiations, RFP/RFQ processes, and cost benchmarking.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), ESI, Gratuity, and Maternity Benefit Act.
  • Develop and execute a multi-dimensional employee wellness strategy covering physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing.
  • Manage relationships with insurance brokers, TPAs, and wellness vendors, monitoring service delivery SLAs.
  • Analyze benefits utilization trends and claims data to identify opportunities for plan optimization and cost containment.
  • Partner with Global Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal teams to align local benefits with global philosophy and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Mandatory experience with Indian statutory compliance (PF, Gratuity, ESI, etc.).
  • Proven track record managing large-scale insurance programs in a multinational or technology-driven organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
  • Professional certifications in Total Rewards (e.g., WorldatWork CEB, GRP).
  • Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or shared services environment.
