About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs for U.S.-based employees
- Process benefits transactions and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee benefits data
- Support annual open enrollment activities, including communications, system testing, and education sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related inquiries
- Coordinate leave cases with external vendors, monitoring them from initiation through return-to-work
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA
- Utilize SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and vendor systems to maintain data integrity and service level agreements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support benefits administration standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
- Experience utilizing HRIS and case management systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a vendor-supported leave administration model
- Professional certification such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP
