Benefits Placement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with global teams to handle requests, internal calls, and prepare consultancy analysis documents
• Manage daily operations and personnel matters for the Solutions team
• Prepare internal reports regarding Solutions proposals (Wellness, Consulting)
• Execute the placement process for the assigned renewal portfolio
• Market new business opportunities and ensure coverage aligns with client needs and plans
• Calculate fees for prospective clients
• Supervise the review of renewal business to ensure coverage sufficiency and competitive rates
• Build and maintain effective relationships with insurers, clients, placement teams, and sales producers

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science
• 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Technical knowledge of insurance contracts and structures
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to provide expert client advisory
• Understanding of the global market
