Benefits Partner - Americas

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas Benefits Ecosystem by supporting the development and expansion of health, risk, retirement, and flexible benefits programs.
• Drive operational evolution by designing and maintaining end-to-end data flows between Rewards, People Ops, and Payroll.
• Manage vendors and partners, including global brokers and pension consultants, to handle renewals, pricing, and contracts.
• Conduct data-driven benchmarking and analysis of market trends and claims utilization to ensure competitive and sustainable packages.
• Ensure compliance and governance by staying ahead of local legislative changes and ensuring programs meet global policies.
• Collaborate with Internal Comms to deliver education plans that empower employees to maximize their benefits.
• Partner with People Partners, Payroll, and Finance to align benefits with talent goals and budget management.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing international insured benefits (Healthcare, Risk, Retirement, Flex) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using facts and insights to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Experience in vendor management and building relationships across different geographies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive key benefits initiatives in an evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
• Experience within the financial or fintech commercial landscape.
• Background in a consulting environment.
