About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and track ServiceNow escalation tickets, including retirement and benefits-related issues, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
- Perform weekly audits across multiple areas to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner closely with external benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and escalations efficiently
- Resolve employee inquiries through vendor service requests, ServiceNow, or EPIC cases
- Support quarterly administrative projects and ad-hoc operational initiatives as business needs arise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, HR, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Health & Welfare and/or Retirement Benefits Administration
- Hands-on experience managing employee benefit-related tickets and escalations
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience working across multiple data management or case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously within defined service levels
