About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist members with questions related to their benefit plans
- Update account information, including direct deposit details
- Navigate multiple systems and dual screens while accurately documenting interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 8am-8:30pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience in the employer benefits or healthcare field
