About the role
Responsibilities
- Help participants understand various plan options and provisions
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and web platforms
- Complete customer-related transactions with limited supervision
- Document all calls thoroughly within the case management system
- Perform callbacks promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide guidance to callers regarding required forms and next steps
- Meet established accuracy, timeliness, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Previous call center experience handling high-volume calls
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding
- Basic computer knowledge, including troubleshooting and shortcuts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
