Benefits Advisor Trainee with Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for vehicle equipment and tire fitment requests for eligible staff in Spain.
• Manage requests for bicycle fitment and resolve tire replacement or disposal needs.
• Handle professional communications via email and telephone with beneficiaries, retirees, and Euromaster centers.
• Register tire orders in the management system and enter technical and personal data accurately.
• Process reimbursement requests, validate invoices from partner centers, and manage specific claims.
• Resolve employee complaints and escalate complex issues to the Operations Leader when necessary.
• Maintain documentation and archive files in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate looking to start a career in HR or business operations.
• Good command of Spanish (both written and spoken) to support the Spanish perimeter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with specific skills in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong professional communication skills for daily email and telephone interaction.
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn HR business operations.
