About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners with benefit needs across the non-US Americas region (Canada, Bermuda, Latin America).
  • Act as a primary point of contact for regional well-being initiatives, reporting requirements, and benefit communications.
  • Coordinate work/life programs in non-US locations, such as wellness fairs and virtual wellness programs.
  • Maintain internal SharePoint Total Reward sites to ensure benefit information is accurate and current.
  • Assist with the annual renewal of non-US benefit programs to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
  • Coordinate with accounts payable and external vendors to ensure timely payment of benefit invoices.
  • Support the US benefits team by addressing employee inquiries and escalating issues to vendors when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary representative for AXA Shareplan, managing enrollments and redemption requests.

Requirements

  • Moderate to extensive experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to handle day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and defined contribution plans.
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of benefit plans and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience with international benefits administration.
