About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project budgets based on scope and resource requirements
  • Maintain project plans and monitor progress to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Proactively communicate project risks, issues, and recommended course corrections
  • Lead discussions regarding trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to draft change orders for out-of-scope work
  • Mentor, grow, and lead team members within the Verification Services team
  • Deliver high-quality ongoing service delivery adhering to established Project Manager standards

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Project, and Word
  • Basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and within virtual, geographically diverse teams
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
