About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage billing and administrative functions for Active, Retiree, and COBRA benefits plans
- Process enrollments, update carriers, and handle status changes
- Process documentation of insurability and manage carrier follow-ups
- Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of related office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot complex information
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in benefits administration
