About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and administrative functions for Active, Retiree, and COBRA benefits plans
  • Process enrollments, update carriers, and handle status changes
  • Process documentation of insurability and manage carrier follow-ups
  • Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot complex information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in benefits administration
