Beneficiation Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the operational parameters of production circuits within the Beneficiation Plant.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and mineral recovery levels.
• Coordinate human resources and equipment (both fixed and mobile) to optimize plant operations.
• Guarantee operational continuity by minimizing deviations and losses.
• Optimize the use of human and technical resources to meet production and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Metallurgy, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience as a Beneficiation Plant Supervisor.
• 2 years of experience as a Beneficiation Plant Production Planner.
• Deep knowledge of mineral beneficiation processes, including grinding and flotation.
• Experience with heavy machinery and metallurgical analysis/measurement tools.
• Proficiency in SAP and production programming.
• Proven experience in human capital management.
