Benchwork Technician II

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to order tooling and maintain general inventory
• Maintain a live inventory of used cutters, cutting tool holders, and used tooling
• Deburr machined parts according to engineering drawings
• Verify surface finishes to ensure conformity with engineering specifications
• Perform cleaning of parts to prepare them for further processing
• Maintain general shop housekeeping and perform routine maintenance tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in benchwork and/or clean line
• Experience post-processing machined components
• Precision deburring of sharp edges
• Bore scope inspection skills
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on CNC Machines
• Precision cleaning and handling of components

Preferred Qualifications

• FOD Mitigation experience
• FOD inspection and removal
