Benchtop Lab Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support and enhancements for benchtop instrumentation applications, PC hardware, and IT administrative tools within a GxP environment
• Support administration of quality and laboratory applications including software development life cycle activities
• Manage assets and utilize client systems to support changes, incidents, problems, and asset management
• Execute and update documentation to ensure assets are reliable, accessible, and secure
• Lead or support multiple projects and technical work assignments as a point of contact for stakeholders
• Liaison with global partners for system installations, configurations, and system validation lifecycles
• Provide digital plant subject matter expertise regarding application configurations, data integrity, and cybersecurity
• Provide on-call support for commercial operations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, computer field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in regulated industries such as Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices
• Experience supporting benchtop instruments and applications within a GxP compliant setting
• Demonstrated track record of IT Support in a fast-paced regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMPs, electronic change management, and process automation
