Bench Dresser

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house dressing operations and techniques
• Conduct basic grinding on abrasive wheels
• Utilize gauges to ensure precision
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Tolerances
• Maintain and promote Health and Safety procedures
• Follow quality procedures, including the use of route sheets
• Perform regular maintenance of equipment and ensure good housekeeping

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient knowledge of hand tools and air tools
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised on your own initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering Apprenticeship
