About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel services and areas
  • Support guests with practical requests and special needs to ensure a smooth experience
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure coordinated guest journeys
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive presence in common hotel areas
  • Contribute to a welcoming and orderly atmosphere in line with brand standards

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong service orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and proactive approach
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
