About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel services and areas
- Support guests with practical requests and special needs to ensure a smooth experience
- Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure coordinated guest journeys
- Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive presence in common hotel areas
- Contribute to a welcoming and orderly atmosphere in line with brand standards
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and proactive approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
- Attention to personal image and detail
