Bellman

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized
• Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly
• Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bellman or Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina to handle lifting luggage and standing for long hours
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Russian
