About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the Porte Cochere and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing guest luggage, ensuring accurate tagging and prompt delivery or collection.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide comprehensive in-room orientations.
- Assist guests with booking hotel limousines or arranging taxis.
- Maintain a strong lobby presence to support the Front Office team.
- Promote hotel products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Adhere to all luxury service standards, grooming policies, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environment.
- Mandatory fluency in either Arabic or Russian.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including experience using the Opera system.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the Middle East or GCC region.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
