Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the Porte Cochere and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Handle incoming and outgoing guest luggage, ensuring accurate tagging and prompt delivery or collection.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide comprehensive in-room orientations.
• Assist guests with booking hotel limousines or arranging taxis.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence to support the Front Office team.
• Promote hotel products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Adhere to all luxury service standards, grooming policies, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environment.
• Mandatory fluency in either Arabic or Russian.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including experience using the Opera system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Middle East or GCC region.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
