About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Bellmen and Doormen
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience
  • Oversee luggage handling, storage, delivery, and retrieval
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, valet services, and local information
  • Train, coach, and evaluate bell staff to ensure service standards are met
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security departments
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport heavy luggage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation services
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
