About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Bellmen and Doormen
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience
- Oversee luggage handling, storage, delivery, and retrieval
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, valet services, and local information
- Train, coach, and evaluate bell staff to ensure service standards are met
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security departments
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport heavy luggage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation services
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
