Responsibilities

• Retrieve, record, and deliver luggage and guest laundry/dry cleaning
• Answer telephone calls and inquiries regarding laundry, valet, and hotel services
• Provide accurate information regarding outlet hours, local attractions, and transportation
• Deliver newspapers, mail, packages, and faxes to guest rooms
• Clean and polish department equipment and carts
• Assist the Bell Desk with FIT and group luggage
• Support the Door Attendant as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean Drivers Abstract and Hawaii Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50+ pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks continuously
• Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience
