Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional welcome experience and handle guest documentation according to LQA standards
• Escort guests to rooms and provide professional introductions to hotel facilities
• Manage, register, and distribute luggage during check-in and check-out
• Provide personalized assistance and guidance regarding local points of interest and services
• Execute special requests to guest rooms and ensure proper logging
• Maintain supply of printed materials like magazines and newspapers in common areas
• Coordinate with reception and warehouse for supplies and guest requirements
• Monitor and report maintenance issues in lobby and reception areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar hospitality or tourism roles
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail
• Ability to make quick decisions and resolve conflicts or unexpected issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
