Bell Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms and assist with luggage handling
• Provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate
• Explain room features such as television, radio, and telephone operations
• Deliver messages, room service orders, and laundry/valet items
• Transport guests across the premises using cars or motorized carts
• Maintain accurate records of service calls

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Florida State Driver’s License required to operate company golf carts
• Ability to stand for extended periods (90-100% of shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
