Bell Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local services
• Deliver messages, packages, and other guest requests
• Perform parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception, car, and pedestrian access areas
• Manage luggage storage and buggy maintenance
• Coordinate with reception, concierge, and guest services teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license B
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
