Belgaum Head – Operations, Delivery & Growth

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Belgaum office, including infrastructure and team productivity.
• Coordinate project delivery teams, tracking timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor team members, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Drive business growth by identifying operational bottlenecks and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support issue resolution.
• Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve organizational productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT services, software development, ERP, CRM, or operations.
• Proven experience in team management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities with an ownership and accountability mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and data analysis/reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho applications or ERP/CRM implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with North American clients.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for workflow automation.
• MBA degree.
