Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Pharmacist for Dutch pharmacy operations
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable Dutch pharmacy regulations and IGJ standards
• Provide pharmaceutical oversight and drive operational excellence
• Support the strategic development and commercial growth of the business in the Netherlands
• Manage service quality and ensure the safe, effective delivery of pharmacy services

Requirements

• Registered pharmacist in the Netherlands with a valid BIG registration
• Strong knowledge of Dutch pharmacy legislation and IGJ regulations
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an online pharmacy or digital healthcare environment
• Exposure to technology-enabled healthcare services or digital health solutions
• Background in leading teams and managing operational performance
