About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide interventions to clients focusing on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement
- Assist the team in providing ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to interventions
- Support clients in recovery and rehabilitation goal development
- Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and inclusive of client preferences
- Provide assistance with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
- Assist with the administration of prescribed medications as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
