Behavioral Science Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral science client projects from diagnosis to intervention design and evaluation
• Apply principles from behavioral economics, psychology, and decision science to identify barriers
• Design experiments and measurement approaches to assess intervention impact
• Support clients in building internal behavioral science units, labs, and operating models
• Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for client teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or co-creation sessions
• Oversee project plans to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and impactful
• Contribute to internal knowledge through white papers, articles, or presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience applying behavioral science in public policy, service design, or consulting
• Proven experience designing and evaluating behavioral interventions
• Strong ability to explain behavioral concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams
• Strong analytical and iterative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with public sector clients
• Background in strategic initiatives such as building teams or developing organizational capabilities
• Background in strategy consulting
