Behavioral Health Technician

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines
• Monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales
• Address patient discomfort and provide empathetic care
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Medical Assistant certification
• Significant relevant clinical work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field
• One year of healthcare work experience
• Experience with AdvancedMD and Salesforce
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines
