About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales
- Address patient discomfort and provide empathetic care
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
- Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Medical Assistant certification
- Significant relevant clinical work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services
- One year of healthcare work experience
- Experience with AdvancedMD and Salesforce
- Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines
